Lois Hunt was born in Oklahoma Territory April 26, 1896 to Henry Clay and Rutha Jane (Tull) Hunt. Lois died July 10, 1992. Her father, Henry Clay Hunt served in the 69th Indiana Voluntter infantry during the Civil War and homesteaded the family farm in Northwest Oklahoma City where Lois was born. Lois was a former teacher and retired from Tinker Field (Air Force base) . She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Conrad Hilgenberg. There were both charter members of Crown Heights Methodist Church. She is survived by her son and his wife, Conrad and Earlene, and her daughter, Phyllis Dyer, all of OKC. she is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday in Gene Adams Chapel with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
