E. Mounts, 1901 - Submitted by: Delma Tindell on Saturday, 06 Sep 2008- MOUNTS, L. E. (Lucile "Lula" E.)12 Dec 1901 -Sayre Venture -Sayre, Beckham County, Oklahoma - It pains us to chronicle the death of Mrs. W. O. Mounts, of Cheyenne, a wife of but a few months. It seems hard to have the grim reaper knock at the door and separate for life a young and happy couple who had just entered that state of loving unison, with all hopes of the future and expectations to enjoy the happiness created for us through the allotted age of time. And as God, with all His mercy has seen fit to separate their earthly bondage, let us hope He has provided for their inseperable union in the great hereafter. Mr. Mounts has our deep sympathies. ----------------------------------------19 Dec 1901 -Sayre Venture -Sayre, Beckham County, Oklahoma - We regret very much to hear of the death of Mrs. Wm. Mounts of Cheyenne, who only a wife of a few months passed away last week from an attack of pneumonia and tonsilitus. The deceased had only been sick for a few weeks, and during this time she was anxiously watched over by a loving and devoted husband. We join their many friends in extending our deepest regret to her grief stricken parents and husband.
