Bub was born to Sheldon and Evelyn (McMillen) Baugher. He grew up in Lecompton and graduated from Lecompton High School. He worked most of his life in construction. He married J. Elaine Kay. They later divorced. Survivors include two sons, Loren and Terry, his mother, a brother, Larry Lee, a sister, Gloria Ward and a granddaughter. Graveside services were Monday, December 23, 2002.
