Kaleb "Lee" Botka, age 22 months. Passed away suddenly at Rush-Copley MC in Aurora on Thursday, September 4, 2003. Kaleb was born on November 12, 2001 and came to live with his family at the age of 4 months. Even though Kaleb Lee was born with many medical challenges, he faced them all with bright eyes and a huge smile.
    He will be deeply missed by his parents, Tom and Jane (nee Cross) Botka; big brothers, Keegan, Kameron, Konnor and Kolby; and big sister, Merideth all of Oswego; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Cross of Oswego, who helped care for him every day. Also, paternal grandparents, Lynn and Judy Botka of Channahon; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
    Visitation will be held Sunday, September 7, 2003 at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway in Montgomery, IL from 2:00-5:00 p.m. with funeral service at 5:00 p.m., Pastor Dan McKnight and Pastor Pat Woods of The Lord of Life Lutheran Church officiating. Private burial services will be Monday in Peotone Cemetery, Peotone, IL. Memorials in lieu of flowers to the Coach Care Center of Naperville would be appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of Fedde-Helfrich Chapel, Peotone, 708-258-6737.
