She loved the time she spent in the Easter Seals Adult Activities Program and with her family. She also loved bowling and playing cards. She was a loving sister and aunt.
Surviving are a sister, Marilyn Mellody, with whom she resided; three brothers, Leo Detrick, Painted Post, N.Y.; and Ronald and Arnold, both of Scranton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leo and George; and three sisters, Dorothy Zavitsky, Arlene Swaha and Diane Rogo.
The funeral will be Thursday in the Michael Wargo Jr. Funeral Home, 812 E. Scott St., Olyphant, with services at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Joan S. Dodson, pastor, United Methodist Church, Throop. Interment, Forest Hill Cemetery, Dunmore.
