Janet Koons D'Agostino of Camp Hill, PA died at home on Saturday December 28, 2012. She was the daughter of the late E.E. Koons and Frances (Wilson) Koons of Camp Hill, PA. She was the widow of Arthur D'Agostino.
She is survived by one son, Arthur D. D'Agostino, and his wife Grace Elaine of Mechanicsburg, PA. Three grandsons, Dominic and his wife Renee', Daniel and his wife Koreene, and Joseph. Three great grandchildren, Ella, Lidia, and Barrett.
Janet was a graduate of Camp Hill High School and is a veteran of the US Marine Corp who served during WWII. She ran the D'Agostino Properties in Camp Hill, was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Camp Hill, and was a member of the New Cumberland Women's Club.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday January 4, 2013 in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut St. Camp Hill, PA 17011, with Bishop Guy Edmiston officiating. A visitation will held in the church on Friday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service. Burial with military honors will held in the Camp Hill Cemetery immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, is handling funeral arrangements. On-line condolences will be received at myers-harner.com.
