Mr. Wynn was from just down road (South Hill, VA) from where I grew up. I wish I had known about him earlier so that I could have possibly met this great American. God bless and rest in Peace Mr. Wynn. Thank you and all who served with you for everything you have done for this Country.

Well, Popeye, you were a man of few words, but when you did speak, it covered volumes, you were a man of little action, but when you did act, no picture could ever capture it. And for what you did, fighting so that the following generations could live without fear, can never be covered by accolades, or commendations. Rest easy, Popeye, you've earned it.
