Charles Anderson Cooper is the son of Thomas Wit Cooper and Martha Jane Edwards Cooper.

Charles married Olive Eva T. Herrick, 16 Dec 1914 in Daisy, Stevens County, Washington.

To this union three children were born: Arvella, Gladys and Charles Cooper.

Charles was married a second time to Theresa Davis, 10 Sep 1960 in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington.

Charles moved to Visalia, California to live with his daughter Arvella Roper in February 1975.

Services will be held Tuesday for Charles A. Cooper, 79, of Visalia, who died Saturday In a Visalia hospital.

Mr. Cooper had lived In Visalia since February of this year when he moved here to live with his daughter, Arvella.

He was born in Daisy, Wash.

In addition to his daughter, Mr. Cooper is survived by one son, Calvin Cooper of Portland, Ore.; two sisters, Mary Burkett of Dinuba and Maude Chapman of Lodi; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p. m. in the Visalia Cemetery.

The Rev. A. Clarence Roper will officiate.
