Catherine M. Swyck, 93, of Warren, Ohio, formerly of Morgantown, WV died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren. She was born April 6, 1908, in Mount Savage, Md., daughter of the late Charles Patrick Lynch and Clara Belle Gaither (Gather).
Kate was a homemaker and attended Covenant Presbyterian Church and Christ Our King Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed bingo and crocheting but most of all, she loved her dogs.
She had worked at McAllister Dairy Store and Allens Bakery (5 years) in Warren, and Morgantown Glass Factory 11 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband,Theodore Harrison Swyck whom she married Jan. 3, 1945.They moved to Warren from WV in 1953. Ted died Oct. 14, 2000. There were no calling hours. She was cremated and services were held at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren Monday, March 4, 2002.
