Olive Dole-Mauga was born January 25,1926 in Fagatogo, American Samoa. She was the oldest of sixteen children. She married Fa'alogo Mauga on April 21, 1948. Olive and Fa'alogo had seven children. Five of her children were born in American Samoa and the two youngest were born in San Diego, California. She worked as a CNA for over thirty years. Olive was a very hard worker. Besides working as a CNA,she took good care of her children and grandchildren. I never heard her complain. She truly was a servant but much more than that, she was a God fearing woman. She was loving, kind and a good listener. When my husband and I started out in our ministry, she always gave me good advice. She loved my children like they were one of hers. Olive was my husband's Aunt and we loved her so much.
