Son of the late William R. and Grace E. (Smith) Arndt. Jim was a well liked and respected member of the Salisbury High School Class of 1970. He was a 1974 graduate of Kutztown University and a 1983 graduate of MCP Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was most recently a psychiatrist for T.W. Ponessa Associates in Lancaster, PA and previously had a private practice at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Reading, PA. Prior to that he worked for the Clearview Clinic, Stroudsburg, PA.
