I'm a day late. On May 29, 1956, Gus Bell went 5 for 5 with three homers and seven RBIs to power the Cincinnati Reds to a 10-4 victory over the Chicago Cubs before just 3,852 fans at Wrigley Field.

You were such a fun person to watch play baseball. I got to see you with the Redlegs in the 1950's--what great memories. You have quite a family in sports. Thanks. R.I.P. slugger!
