She was a native of Barren County, Ky; retired from the old Tube Turns Co; active member of Victory Memorial Baptist Church, Louisville, for many years, where she played piano and frequently authored poems for weekly bulletins as well for family and friends. She is survived by a daughter, granddaughter, cousins, friends and loved ones.
