Jill is my special little girl, my angel. "Jilly Bean" was the second child of Dwight Ratcliff and myself, Pamela Van Allen Ratcliff. Her life here on earth was very short, less than 3 months, a victim of SIDS. No matter how brief, she was a joy and blessing to all. A beautiful baby girl. It is hard to believe that so many years have gone by. She will live in our hearts forever.
Jill was survived by her parents; her "big" sister, Ginni Leigh Ratcliff. Her brother, Jeffrey Ames Ratcliff, was born after her death.
