My paternal grandmother, Stella Sarah Howard, born 1882, told me in 1948 about her grandfather, Obadiah Howard of Arkansas. He was named for his great-grandfather Obadiah Howard who died 1804. My charts and text files are at Rootsweb Worldconnect. Our line is Obadiah and Priscilla's son, Joseph, named for Joseph Breed, and Joseph's son Stephen. Priscilla was cited for her Revolutionary War service, and she grew beeves for the Revolutionary Army. I appreciate this site and all of the contributions to it.
