I spoke to a young lady about 19 or 20 years old. As she complained about our election....I reminded her that women have only had the right to vote for 96 years.....and that 96 years is very little time to have the right to vote. She actually thanked me. I hope she took time to empower that right that you and so many fought to achieve.....I know I did....I am 46 and I voted....Thank you Susan B!

The glass ceiling didn't shatter this time, Susan, but it will...it will...and I hope to be able to help make the shattering begin, either in 2018 or 2020. Thank you so much for everything.

My Mother (94 years old) and I voted for Hillary Clinton, the FIRST female Presidential Candidate. We also voted for her in 2008. We voted in your honor and we thank you for all your hard work and sacrifice to give women the right to vote. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts Ms. Anthony.

Thank you, Miss Anthony. You dedicated your life and endured harsh persecution to ensure a woman's right to vote. The 2020 election year will mark the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment to the United States Constitution. Perhaps that will be the year your tireless work will be rewarded with the ultimate prize of a Madam President.

Ms. Anthony, I hope you know how many people are honoring you today (Election day 2016). This election has been very combative, but it's also a historical one. For the 1st time ever, we have the option of voting for a woman as President of the United States. I feel very confident in saying - if not for YOU and the other ladies you inspired, this day would be very different. Thank you Ms. Anthony. I'm forever in your debt.
