39 year old murder victim shot and killed at her home along with her husband. Two of the couples children were severely wounded during incident. Bell was a mother and wife of Shannon D. Bell, Sr. also killed. She was preceded in death by her father a month before her untimely death. She also was a 1991 graduate of Benjamin Banneker High School in College Park. Bell is survived by 4 daughters, 4 sons, her mother, and numerous other relatives and friends.
