Survivors include his wife, Connie Pearl Smith Summers, Enterprise; two sons, Rupert Summers (Jane), Valley, Gary Summers (Yolonda), Phenix City; two daughters, Shirley Malemore (Woody) and Helen Fuller, both of Phenix City; step-daughter, Betty Powers (Billy), Enterprise; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
