David Ray Alston, 44, of Chesapeake City, MD, passed away suddenly on Nov. 7, 2011. He was born in Dover, DE on May 9, 1967.
David had worked at Upper Bay Counseling in Elkton, MD.
He was preceded in death by his father, Francis J. Alston.
David is survived by his mother and step-father, Doris H. and Donald Gilbert of Middletown, his fiancé, Betsy Pini and two step- daughters, Kerry Ann and Jillian Pini.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, 11-11-11, at 11am at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, DE. Friends may call from 9:30-11:00 am at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Townsend Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Friends of Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, 2951 Whitehall Neck Rd., Smyrna, DE 19977.
