Born to Climmie Bell and the late Nabutha Bell. Reared and educated in Chester, PA. He joined the United States Army at an early age. He proudly served his country and was honorably discharged in 1974. He was employed by several local companies including Sun Oil Refinery, Medford Meats, Inc., Murphy Ford, Thomas Roofing Bryant Roofing and Foulke Securities. Earl is survived by his mother, Climmie Bell; sisters, Marilyn Belle and Bobby Jean Anderson; brothers, Andrew Belle and Nathaniel Belle; one daughter, Tasheda Thomas, one son, Frenchie Purnsley; and 3 grandchildren, Devonaire, Atashe' and Asitae Thomas; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially one faithful friend, Harold Fitzgerald. Earl is predeseased by one daughter.
