McCORMICK - Mr. Henry Callaham, and sons Travis Callaham and Sidale Callaham, died suddenly and unexpectedly on March 10, 2012.
Henry Callaham was born in McCormick County on December 2, 1951 to the late Clara Callaham and Henry Drennon. Surviving him are two sisters and two brothers, along with nieces, nephews and friends.
Travis Callaham was born in Greenwood, SC on May 26, 1989, a son of Mrs. Patsy C. Rhinehart and the late Henry Callaham. He received his formal education in McCormick County Public Schools and was of the Baptist faith. He was employed at Ascend Performance Material Plant in Greenwood, SC. Surviving him are his mother and step-father, Mrs. Patsy C. (Billy) Rhinehart of McCormick; three brothers, Darrell, Wayne and Jarvis Chiles; two sons, Travious A. Quarles and Damouriee T. Quarles; special friend, Candace Cunningham, four aunts, two uncles and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kamori M. Callaham and a son, Tylan A. Callaham.
Sidale Tiawan Callaham was born in Greenwood, SC on September 20, 1990, a son of Mrs. Patsy C. Rhinehart and the late Henry Callaham. He was also educated in McCormick County Public Schools and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Patsy C. (Billy) Rhinehart; three brothers, Darrell, Wayne and Jarvis Chiles and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Zion AME Church, McCormick, with Pastor Rev. Willie P. Black officiating. Assisting will be Rev. Jerry Aiken and Pastors Larry Benson and Quida Bennon. Pastor Peggy Zellars will be the Eulogist.
Interment will be private.

Crime scene tape is still up at the home where family members say 60-year-old Henry Callaham and his two sons, Travis and Sidale, died in a fire early Saturday morning.
Investigators say they just want to make sure that nothing suspicious caused the fire. Early indications are that the fire started with a heater.
Charred ashes and a hollowed out shell are all that remain of the mobile home. Investigators are still working to positivity identify the three bodies. They tell us the three victims were badly burned.
Family members tell us Henry Callaham suffered a stroke back in 2010 and was disabled. Investigators tell us it's possible his sons were trying to get him out of the burring home when they died.
McCormick County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy C.E. Gable says fire crews were at the home within minutes of the call, but the fire spread fast. "They were a good family, the sons stayed here and took care of their father," he said.
Travis Callaham's finance, Candace Cunningham, came back to the site of the fire Monday, for the first time, since Saturday morning. She says the man she was set to marry was a happy, giving person who kept his family together.
"If he can give you the shirt off his back, he did just that," said Cunningham.
Cunningham says she tried to call Travis and his brother on Saturday morning. When they didn't answer, she knew something was wrong. She says she stayed at her mom's home, Friday night, because she knew that Travis had to work Saturday morning, but almost any other night, she would have been inside the Callaham home, too. Now, she's left to trying to tell Travis Callaham's small children what happened to their dad.
"It's just hard to explain to them, you know, daddy's not here. He had a very close relationship with his boys and he did everything that he could for them," Cunningham said.
