Robert worked as an engineer in the Tool & Die Industry, but his true calling was T.V. repair and handyman work. He had little formal education, but was incredibly knowledgable. He always impressed his family with the information he knew.
Robert was a lighthearted jokester. He loved gardening, especially his tomato plants. His biggest love was for his children and grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his children, Terrie (Jeff) Strawska, Bobbi Crank, Lori (Tom) Svenson, Greg (Renee) and Kelly (Neil) Budnick; grandchildren, Stephanie, Brooke, Megan, Brittany, Rachel, Jeffrey, Madison, Adam, Amanda, Olivia, Justin, Tynesha, Lindsay, Brandon, Brett, and Eric; sister, Sandra (Bill) Kirby; uncle, John Sidelko; brother-in-law, Harold Stansell, sister-in-law, Shelia Jackman. He is predeceased by his wife, Eva.
Visitation for Robert will be Friday 3-9 pm with a 7:00 pm Scripture service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2) mile. Robert will be in state Saturday 10:30 am until the Funeral Mass, 11:00 am at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church.
