Thank you Arlene, Richard love you so much, and love is a force, which can't be destroyed but can be transfered and transformed, like matter and energy itself. Thank you Arlene.

Dear Arlene,You played an extremely important part in the development of Physics believe it or not. You were Richard's guiding motivation in a way during his years at MIT, Princeton, and of course Los Alamos. The effort that kid put in to his studies and work, without you he could not have done it. He worked himself to death almost, and without you he would have gone off the rails. Without your jokes and puzzles, Richard would have probably gone crazy at Los Alamos, and what fun y'all had. Rest in Peace Arlene, Rest in Peace.

Last night I watched the 1996 DVD titled "infinity" about Arline Greenbaum (played by Patricia Arquette) and her famous physicist husband Richard (Matthew Broderick). Today - with no intent or direction - I stumbled across this memorial. Richard never gave Arline the red dress she asked for, instead helping develop the atomic bomb. But what happened, stands as it is.I noticed that the movie binder spells Arlene as Arline and, in the movie, Richard bought a coffin and accompanied Arline's body back to her family's home by train from Albuquerque ...Rest in peace.

Life is just a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road to sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We all were meant to learn some things, but we were never meant to stay. Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know. For some the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow. And when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord.
