Rest in peace, William. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. I am sure that you, unlike some Americans, saw the writing on the wall, and knew that if England fell, America would be next. Thank you for serving the cause of freedom and right. May we always honor the high price you paid for our freedom. Your gallantry was not in vain, for millions still live within the freedom that you won for us. God bless you!
