Mr. Austin, Thanks for all the memories sitting in your theater in the back watching those famous silent stars. Listening to you give a brief history of the movie we were about to see. You made it fun. Sleep.

Mr. Austin, I still think of you every time I screen the silent movies in my mini theatre on every Thursday. I wish I can take care of the original silent movie theatre in Hollywood and I surely keep the tradition of showing the silents only. The Cinefamily takes over the theatre and shows less silents lately. How sad for the Hamptons, the avid silent movie lovers and you.

Thank you for preserving and keeping alive early examples of film and recognizing the medium as an art form. I love silent movies! So sorry you were taken from this world in such a violent and vicious way....

Mr. Austin, I am still miss you sorely.Glad to know you during the reopening of The Silent Movie Theatre. It was my second home where I attended there regularly since 1958. John Hampton and his wife were so wonderful to me. Right now, I have my mini movie theatre and I have some good patrons but I wish you and the Hamptons could attend to my silent movies. Hopefully, all of us can get together when my life end. Also thanks to my parents who gave the wonderful hobby to me. Take care, Larry.
