Great childhood memories shopping with the folks in that retail palace on Woodward Avenue. All gone now. What a shame. Thanks so much for what was.

Hudson's may be gone, but the memories Detroiters hold dear, the display windows, good old summertime and the 12th floor toy department will forever be a part of it. Mr Hudson's name lives on as the retail pioneer of Detroit. 1206 Woodward Avenue!!
