Death of Mr. J. D. Golson - Mr. John D. Golson died at his home in the Wesley Chapel neighborhood Tuesday night about 2 o'clock after an illness of only a few hours. He was in town Tuesday afternoon looking as well as usual and it was quite a shock to his many friends when it was announced here Wednesday morning that he was dead. He suffered a stroke of paralysis about midnight and expired before medical aid reached him. He was 55 years old. He leaves 9 children, 6 girls and 3 boys. His wife who was Miss Nettie Redmon, preceded him to the grave several years ago. He was a member of Wesley Chapel Church where his remains will be interred.
