Formerly of Troy, he died unexpectedly at his home in Elmira. Mr. Ande was a communicant of St. John's Catholic Church in Troy, PA and a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #429, Canton, PA. He was survived by his wife, Lucille; daughters, Henrietta Yednak of NJ and Eleanor Vessles of Mutuchen, NJ; step-daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and M. Douglas Rose of Elmira, NY, Rhonda and Randall Sampietro of Myrtle Beach, SC; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving were a special niece, Linda Eastwood and her husband, John Eastwood.
