Helen Grogan Day, 42, of Matthews, MO, died Dec. 23, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Jan. 23, 1962, at Sikeston to the late John J. and Annie Arietta Hayden Grogan, she has lived in Matthews for the past 19 years and was affiliated with the Baptist church.
Survivors include: two daughters, Heather Day and Loren Day; one brother, Larry Grogan; six sisters, Linda Jones, Johnnie Dean, Georgia Thurman, Mary Grogan, Carolyn Tripp and Ellen Grogan; and two granddaughters, Sarah and Madison Barber.
One sister, Dorothy Grogan, and two brothers, Terry and Jerry Grogan, preceded her in death.
Visitation and services were held at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie . Gary Zook officiated.
Burial was in the Dogwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Shawn Towe, Daniel Barber, Chris Archie, Chris VanPelt, Aaron Pointer and John Graham.
