Mrs. Vivian Hazel Ellsworth, 91, formerly of Milan NH, passed away on Sept. 30, 2009, at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin NH. She was born in Billerica MA on Feb. 15, 1918, the daughter of Newell S. and Lottie B. (Belle) Osgood, and lived in Nashua most of her adult life. She moved to Milan in 2004.

Members of the family include her sons Charles Ellsworth and wife Karen of New Jersey, and Roy Ellsworth of Florida; daughter-in-law Angela Grondin of Milan; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband Charles Ellsworth and her son Robert Ellsworth.
