Joan Kay Adams was born Aug. 28, 1921, in Dallas, and raised in Fort Worth. She was one of the Berry girls at 2264 Lipscomb, Fort Worth, and a graduate of Paschal High School. Her outgoing personality never met a stranger. She was a loving mother who was loyal and caring to her family and friends. She will be missed by many.
Joan Kay Adams was a member of Lake Kiowa Womens Club and Lake Kiowa Gourmet Club.
Survivors: Husband of 58 years, Marvin E. Adams; son, David L. Adams of Fort Worth, Robert E. Adams and his wife, Tracey, of York, Pa.; daughter, Diana Kay Lewis and her husband, Calvin of Carrollton; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Midge King of Fort Worth; and nieces and nephews.
