He was the son of Eddie D. and Mickie S. (Howell) Hower, who survive in Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are a son, Garrett Hower, St. Marys; two sisters: Elisha Hower, Wapak, and Cathy Hower, Columbus; paternal grandmother, H. Maxine Leis, Lima; and maternal grandmother, Marlene Howell, Wapak; and two nephews, Thomas Schoenlein and Conner Frame, both Wapak.
He worked for Minster Machine, loved sports with his son and nephews, enjoyed playing pool and was a devoted father and uncle.
A celebration of life services will be at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, with Rev. Fr. David Ross officiating.
