On January 3, 1862 Christina Schnabel Siemon was born. In 1883 she married John Frederick Siemon in Campbell County Kentucky, and they had two children, Henry J. Siemon and Barbara Simon Amberger. During her generation and her children's, some family members changed the spelling of their surname from "Siemon" to "Simon." Christina died in Campbell County on May 14, 1925 at age 63. She is buried near her husband at Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Camp Springs.
