Martha Susan married Julius Clark Kersey on Nov. 12, 1883 at the residence of Daniel Gilbert (Martha Susan Gilbert's Father. (1864-1931).....Together they had 8 Children. They are as follows.....1. Robert Edgar (Rob) Kersey B.10-5-1884 & D. 3-23-1969 married Annie Mae Braddy on 11-29-1905 (They had 5 children-Lorene,Josephine,John Harvey,Clarence "Dorsey", & Martha "Ellene"). 2. Clifford Daniel (Cliff) Kersey B. 3-5-1886 & D. 5-8-1977 married "Essie" Maude Beatrice Salter on 11-17-1907 (Essie B. 6-1-1891 & D. 4-30-1981) (They had 4 children- Julius Daniel "J.D.", Mattie "Maudelle", Virginia, & Oscar Thomas). 3. Leonard Jackson (Len) Kersey B. 3-24-1888 & D. 11-28-1917 married Leacie Gilbert on 1-12-1908 (They had 4 children-James Otha, Flossie, Mary Lois, & Alma Lucille). 4. Carrie Lizzie (Lizzie) Kersey B. 3-15-1890 & D. 2-27-1896 5. Jesse Will (Jesse) Kersey B. 9-1-1891 & D. 4-10-1927 married "Pattie Mae" Gilbert on 12-25-1914 (They had 3 children- "Elsie" Mae, Douglas Edwin "BILL", & "Hiram" Clark). 6. Thomas Jefferson (Tom) Kersey B. 10-26-1893 & D. 7-10-1917 married Annie Lillian Thompson on 10-26-1913 (No children listed in Bible). 7. Bessie Lou (Bessie Lou) Kersey B. 11-2-1897 & D. 2-20-1971 married "Aubrey" Russell Denham on 12-19-1915 (They had 6 children- Adair, Aubrey "Russell", Jr., Mary "Elizabeth", Nell, Jessie "Ralph", & Jesse "Wayne" (My Father)). 8. Alma Grace (Grace) Kersey B. 2-12-1900 & D. 12-5-1993 married "Otis" Wright Harrell 12-2-1917. (They had no children).
