Elizabeth Hayes Baumeister, formerly of Suffolk, died Nov. 30, 1993, in Hampton General Hospital.
She was the widow of Karl E. Baumeister and the daughter of the late Alma Freeman Hayes and Sidney Carson Hayes.
One of six girls, she is survived by three sisters, Melba H. Butler of Portsmouth, Alma H. Griner of Riverside, Calif., and Jayne H. Parrish of Richmond; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. The family will be at the home of Melba Butler, 4821 Minor Ave., Portsmouth. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home, Suffolk, is in charge of arrangements.
