He is survived by his widow and two sons: Everett of Confidence and Merritt of Bronson, Mo., also two brothers, L. L. Morlan of Indianola and S. L. Morlan of Centerville, and three sisters, Mrs. J. I. Free, Russell; Mrs. Will Elam, Confidence, and Miss Vada Morlan, Confidence.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Woodman funeral home at Russell with the Rev. Grace Anderson of the Russell Methodist church, in charge. Burial was in Confidence Cemetery.
