Elma G. Davidson, 82, of Columbia, Md. and formerly of Sandston, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 17, 2004. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Davidson; her daughter, Janet Davidson Gordon; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Eula Cunningham of Richmond; and two brothers, Billy Sims of Durham, N.C. and Floyd Sims of El Paso, Texas. Her remains rest at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., where the family will receive friends on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Graveside services 11 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery.
