She was a talented painter and enjoyed volunteering for many South Carolina entities. Tristan could often be found at Devon Forest Elementary, where her son Chase attended school, acting as lunch buddy, library assistant, class mother and in any other capacity where she could be of service and close to her son. She enjoyed the beach and sunny days making sandcastles with her children and Mike. Tristan always had a smile on her face and found something good to say about everybody. She was an avid collector of friends. Tristan was a treasure to her family.
Throughout her life, Tristan requested that her loved ones consider organ donation. Because two families believed in donation, Tristan was able to spend seven additional years with her precious son, Chase.
Survivors include her son, Jackson Chase Morris; her husband, Mike Beish; stepchildren, Owen and Courtney Beish, all of the home; her mother, Linda Frazier Morris of Williston, SC; sister, Adadra (Joel) Williams of Orangeburg, SC ; grandparents Jack and Josephine Frazier of Williston, SC; uncle, Randy Frazier of Bonneau Beach, SC; nieces, Kaitlyn and Jessamine Williams, nephew, Evan Williams of Orangeburg; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is preceeded in death by her father, Larry Morris and her brother Lukas Morris, as well as her paternal grandparents.
Family will receive visitors at the family home, 13405 Church Street, Williston, SC. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 5 – 7 p.m.at Folk Funeral Home of Williston, SC. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of Folk Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 27, 3 p.m. with interment immediately following at The Williston Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested made to the Tristan Morris Memorial Fund, in care of Sandra Givens at First Citizens Bank of Williston, SC.
