Permelia M. McMillan, 76, died Wednesday morning at her home in Osgood.
Mrs. McMillan was born in Ripley County, the daughter of Albert and Lula Ogden Muir. She is survived by two sisters: Anna Tallant and Ellen Muir, both of Cincinnati; one brother, John Muir, Cincinnati; two grandchildren: James and Melissa McMillan, both of Osgood; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Maxine Brinson, Osgood, and one great-granddaughter, Alicia McMillan.She was preceded in death by one son, William (Boots) McMillan, who died Jan. 28, 1975.The services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Nead and Clark Funeral Home in Osgood, with the Rev. Philip Robinson of the Hopewell Baptist Church officiating, and with burial in the Greendale Cemetery in the Osgood area. Friends may call today after 5 p.m. The family suggests that memorials be in the form of contributions to Rescue 69.
