Hazel Eldriedge Church, 68, of Cle Elum died Wednesday in Everett, Wash.

Mrs. Church was born in Battletown, Ky., and moved to Cle Elum in 1987.

Survivors include her children, Tom Church Jr. of Auburn, Herb Church of Washougal, Tina Bahan of Everett, Debbie Donleavy of Dublin, Calif., and Randy Church of Everett; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be 3-6 p.m. today at Cascade Funeral Home in Cle Elum. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cascade Funeral Home, with burial following at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
