Adolph Gordon ""Doc'' Hosch on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 1:55 p.m. Beloved husband of the late Vera Thomas Hosch. Mother of Gordon A. and Glenn T. Hosch. Father-in-law of Katherine L. and Karen C. Hosch. Grandfather of Paige Hosch-Heurtin and her husband Fred, Keith, Kyle and his wife Christine, Jason, Darren and his fiancee Rebecca. He was preceded in death by his parents Adolph Charles Hosch and Mary Anastacia Kuhn, five sisters and a great-grandson, Angus Heurtin. Age 91 years. Mr. Hosch was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie for the past 36 years. He was a volunteer at Westgate Playground for many years and was a special ""Paw-Paw'' not only to his grandchildren, but many relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the prayer service on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 12:30 P.M. at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be in a Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Ronald McDonald House, 4403 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70119 are preferred.
