Erected by Margaret McConnel, Ravenstone to the memory of her father Stewart McConnel, late farmer in Drumrae, Parish of Glasserton who departed this life 20th March 1833 aged 67 years.
Also her mother Isabella McConnel who departed this life 22nd March 1850 aged 82 years.
Also of her sister Jane McConnel who died 21st October 1826 aged 32 years
Also her brother Stewart McConnel who died 3rd July 1829 aged 33 years.
Also her brother Thomas McConnel who died 7th November 1833 aged 25 years.
Also her sister Isabella McConnel who died at Knockmore on the 17th January 1887 aged 85 years.
Also to the memory of her brother William McConnel who died 15th May 1818 aged 19 years.
Also her brother John McConnel who died 12th December 1819 aged 25 years.
And of her sister Barbara McConnel who died 4th May 1822 aged 17 years.
Also her brother James McConnel who died 27th October 1822 aged 19 years.
Also her brother Alexander McConnel who died 12th December 1824 aged 24 years.
The above five are interred in Kirkcowan Churchyard.
