Robert Moses, who helped destroy the once-great city of Brooklyn and was the single biggest reason the Dodgers left for Los Angeles. He was a power mad, government bureaucrat who ruined many lives.May God have mercy on your soul!

If it weren't for you, the great bridges and roads in the New York area wouldn't exist even today. Your Long Island parkways are really something special (except where they've been widened and you can see every bit of development along the edges) and just nice to drive on. Rest in peace always!

New York City's Master Builder
-Anonymous
 Added: Dec. 16, 2004

Every New Yorker owes you a massive amount of thanks. If not for you the modern New York State and New York City would not exist today. The master builder could not exist today and New York is lesser for it. The roads, bridges, highways and parks simply did not happen. It took your vision and other great New Yorkers to see it done. Truly you were an Empire State wonder and we need badly a man with your vision today.
