Helen Slipko, 82, of Harmony Township, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, in Rochester Manor.

Born April 3, 1929, in Aliquippa, a daughter of the late Samuel and Mildred Yaramus, she was a former employee of National Electric and was a waitress at various restaurants.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Slipko, on March 11, 1999; three brothers, Samuel, Nick and Milan Yaramus, and a sister, Dianne McMasters.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, George and Elaine Slipko, Pittsburgh; a daughter and son-in-law, Betty Jean and Gary Seiber, Harmony Township; two grandsons, Steven Slipko, Pittsburgh, and Jacob Seiber, Harmony Township, and two sisters, Mary Gall, Conway, and Mildred Snyder, Center Township.

Friends will be received Friday from 1 p.m. until time of service at 1:45 p.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge. The Rev. Cletus Fahrion will officiate.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
