Suggested edit: Hello,
According to my research on Ancestry.com, I believe there has been a mistake about this memorial. According to Thomas J. Doolin, Sr. will (b. 7 Mar 1846 - d. 17 Feb 1918) Julia Burkrey is his daughter. It's available on Ancestry if you are a member. If not, I can send you a pdf copy of his will - if you would contact me.
On Jeremiah Doolin's 1880 US Federal Census (Morgan County, IL) it does show Julia A. as his daughter - (b. Abt 1873). Also, on Ancestry there is listed a Nebraska Marriage record dated 14 May 1901, between Charles G. (George) Clark (b. Abt 1880 – St. Joseph, MO) and Julia Doolin (b. Abt 1875 - Jacksonville, IL). It shows her father as "James" Doolin and her mother as Mary Doolin. Possibly they recorded her father's name incorrectly. FYI - Julia Ann Clark is buried in the same cemetery – Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Wyandotte County, KS (Find A Grave Memorial #79589602) – as Julia A. Doolin Burkrey.
