ClaraBelle M. Fradette age 89 of Seneca passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital. She was born February 11, 1922 in Eastman, WI, the daughter of Daniel and Anna (Hoffman) Ertel Jr. She married Frank Fradette on February 20, 1939 in Waukon, IA. They farmed their entire married life in the Seneca area. ClaraBelle was an active member of the Mt. Sterling Homemakers Assn. and worked as a Fair Superintendent for the Crawford County Fair.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Frank of Seneca, her sons, Virgil, Daniel (Julie), Rick (Kathy) and Dean (Karla Schull), her daughters, Delores Mickelson, Irene (Leonard) Olson and Laurie (Lewis) Ellefson, 33 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant twin children, Carroll and Carolyn, along with two brothers, Orley and Clarence Ertel and a son-in-law, Junior Mikkelson.
