Obituary for Adaline, printed 26 May 1897 in the Indiana County Gazette reads:
Mrs. Adeline Boner [sic] died on last Wednesday evening at her home in Mechanicsburg of consumption, from which she had been a sufferer for many weeks. She is survived by three children, Maggie, Andrew and Isaiah. She was aged about 60 years. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. M. Bogley on Friday morning at 10 interment being made at Creswell's graveyard."
