Motion Picture Cinematographer. Born Richard Waite, he served as a photographer with the Intelligence Group of the US Air Force and later moved to New York where he established his own photography studio. The publications Vogue and Playboy to name a few were among his clients. On a whim to try a career in motion pictures, he embarked upon Hollywood and landed a position as a cameraman with a commercial production company.
