William L. Williams
Was born in Montgomeryshire, Wales in 1836; he came to America in the 1850s, settling in Virginia City NV where he worked as a miner and carpenter. He died Sept. 16th 1870 from scarlet fever at 34 years of age. He was buried in the Masonic Section of the Virginia City Cemetery. The stone was erected by his brother David.
