Services Held at Shell Rock Friday for B. H. Jaquis.

Shell Rock Man Died Last Wednesday at Home. Had Suffered Fractured Hip in Fall Week Before. Funeral services were held at a funeral home in Shell Rock Friday for Benjamin Henry Jaquis, aged 79, who died at his home there last Wednesday. Burial was in the Riverside cemetery. Mr. Jaquis had suffered a fractured hip in a fall a week before. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Elihu Jaquis, he was born June 27, 1867, near Parkersburg. Mr. Jaquis had farmed near Parkersburg most of his life. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Libbie Ressler and Mrs. Hattie Turner of Shell Rock, and two brothers, George Jaquis of Shell Rock, and Will Jaquis of Hinckley, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles.
